Union Minister for Corporate Affairs Mr. Veerappa Moily says the Government was all set to come out with the National Corporate Governance Policy and National Competition Policy by the end of this fiscal.

Talking to reporters on the sidelines of the awards function of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India at Hyderabad, he said proper implementation of National Competition Policy would help the economy bringing down inflation. He said it would also help ensure healthy pricing, apart from preventing cartel-forming.
