<span style="color: #222222;">In wake of Coronavirus and reports of people concealing their travel history from abroad into the Union Territory, the Jammu and Kashmir High Court has directed the authorities to take strong action against those people who are concealing their foreign travel history, in order to escape the mandatory quarantine, even though they are required to disclose their travel history. <br />''<br />''Hearing a PIL through video conferencing, the quorum of Chief Justice, Gita Mittal and Justice Sindhu Sharma directed the authorities to enforce their notifications, instructions and orders regarding all disclosures including travel history, quarantining and isolation stringently. Pertinent to mention, some of such persons who concealed their travel history have been found to be infected and huge public resources have been expended on tracking, not only these persons, but their several contacts during the period upto their detection.</span><br />
