The Patna High court has introduced roster system for it's judges, who will function on alternative days in order to avoid lawyers congregation in view of Corona virus outbreak.<br />''<br />'' A notification in this regard says that only bail and urgent matters would be taken up for hearing till 31st of March. In addition, another notification was issued by the high court administration announcing commencement of summer schedule in subordinate courts across the state from today.<br />''<br />'' Their working hours would be from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. The step has also been taken to avoid gathering at the lower courts. Normally, the summer schedule starts from first Monday of April.<br />''<br />'' Meanwhile, the high court has also emphasized recording of evidence of undertrial prisoners through video confrencing from jail instead of their physical production in courts.<br />''  <br />
