The curfew will be strict except for a few essential services while the gathering permissible for marriages has been reduced to twenty-five only effective from today. Besides, 54 COVID related deaths were reported in the Union Territory with 32 fatalities reported from Jammu Division and 22 reported from Kashmir Division.
