<span style="color: #222222;">Union Minister Prakash Javadekar today said discussions at the 14th Conference of Parties (COP14) throughout last week on restoration of degraded land, were very productive.<br />'' <br />'' Addressing media in New Delhi, Mr Javadekar said the Delhi declaration will be announced tomorrow which will be accountable for the actions by various countries.<br />'' <br />'' The draft Delhi declaration is almost ready and restoration of degraded land is one area where there is more unanimity than divergence of views.</span><br />''  <br />
