Coordinated search on to find missing IAF AN-32 aircraft: Navy Chief

Navy Chief Admiral Sunil Lanba has said a coordinated search is on between Indian Navy, Air Force and Coast guard to find the missing AN-32 aircraft. He told media that a total of 17 ships, 13 from navy and 4 from the Coast guard have been deployed for search and rescue operations. <br/><br/>The Navy Chief informed that search areas have been designated and over 250 hours of aircraft sorties have been flown to locate the aircraft that went missing with 29 Defence personnel four days ago. He said family members of those who were on board are being kept informed.
