In Jammu and Kashmir, snowfall in upper reaches of Kashmir valley is continuously reported while plains of the Union Territory are experiencing intermittent rains since this morning.<br />''<br />''According to reports, 4 feet snow has accumulated on Sadhna Pass which connects border area Karnah with Kupwara whileas Machil Gali, Nougam and Bangus Valley have received 4 feet snow that has crippled the normal life in these remote areas of north Kashmir's Kupwara district.<br />''<br />''More than two and a half feet of fresh snow has also accumulated on the Heerpora-Peer Ki Gali stretch resulting into the continuous closure of the alternate road-link Mughal Road, that connects Kashmir Valley with the rest of the country.<br />''<br />''Moreover, two feet of fresh snow has been recorded on the Zojila Pass and the Srinagar-Leh National Highway is also continuously closed for vehicular traffic because of the slippery road conditions.<br />''<br />''Meanwhile, cold wave climatic &nbsp;conditions have gripped the union territory of Jammu and Kashmir after fresh snowfall on the upper reaches and intermittent rains on the plains were reported.
