Consumers being benefited due to e-office system of Madhya Kshetra Vidyut Vitran Company

Following the Prime Minister's digital mantra, Madhya Kshetra Vidyut Vitran Company Bhopal is the first such power distribution company in the country, in which e-office system is being operated from corporate office to local circle offices level. State Energy Minister Pradyuman Singh Tomar has congratulated the company's officials and employees on this achievement.<br />'' <br />''Madhya Kshetra Vidyut Vitran Company has implemented e-file and e-correspondence system from July 27 through NIC e-office. Due to the e-office system, consumers are getting quick results of their complaints. There is no physical movement of the file and Corona infection is also being avoided by unmanned systems. Along with the e-office system, more than a dozen IT based reforms have been implemented by the Company, which have become an example in the power sector of the country.<br />''  <br />''Many applications such as bill payment facility, UPAY app, maintenance app, self meter reading facility, enterprise resources planning have been implemented in the company through the Common Service Center in the villages, which are continuously benefiting the consumers as well as the company. Even, online bill payment is being used by about 7 to 8 lakh consumers till now.<br />
