NDA's Presidential candidate Ram Nath Kovind has said that if he is elected, he would do justice to each citizen, region and state of the country. <br/><br/>Addressing MLAs and functionaries of BJP, United Democratic Party and National People's Party today in Shillong today, Mr Kovind said, Constitution of India is supreme as far as Governance is concerned. <br/><br/>He said, it is the sacred duty of not only the President but of each every citizen of India to uplift and maintain the supremacy of the constitution.
