He also reiterated the importance of the joint celebration of the Maitri Diwas this year.<br />''<br />''In his meeting with the Foreign Minister of Bangladesh Dr A K Abdul Momen, the Foreign Secretary said that they reviewed wide ranging and growing cooperation between the two countries including the cooperation in fighting COVID 19 pandemic together.&nbsp;<br />''Earlier, starting his first day of visit in Dhaka, Foreign Secretary Harsh Vardhan Shringla held a meeting with his Bangladeshi counterpart Masud Bin Momen. Addressing media persons after the meeting, Foreign Secretary Shringla said that increasing connectivity with Bangladesh was among the top priorities of India. He said that 5 out of the 6 railway lines between the two countries are in operation and the sixth one, Akhaura-Agartala railway, will be completed next year.
