High level scrutiny committee of the Congress party is meeting in Delhi this evening to finalise party candidates for next month's assembly election in Kerala. The party will be announcing its candidates by tomorrow and the election manifesto will be released by Tuesday. Meanwhile, one of the main parties in the UDF fold, Kerala Congress (M) is announcing its candidates at Kottayam today.
