Congress activists today staged a demonstration outside RSS Headquarters in New Delhi in protest against former RSS Chief K S Sudarshan's derogatory remarks against Mrs Sonia Gandhi. AIR correspondent reports police used water canons to disperse the protesters.On Thursday night also, a group of people staged a demonstration outside the RSS headquarters.The Congress workers protest against RSS and later the protest led to fighting on Thursday evening in Allahabad . It is alleged that the Congress workers attacked when they were holding dharna against RSS in front of their office in civil lines area of Allahabad. In the report, the Police has registered FIR against seven people including Mayor of Allahabad. However, the District Congress Committee also claimed that a group of youth belong to RSS attacked the residence of the UP state Congress President Rita Bahuguna Joshi. They pelted stones at her house, the district Congress said. BJP workers also blocked the national highway for some time and were demanding the immediate arrest of Congress leaders who were allegedly responsible for attack.The Political spat between Congress and RSS had begun after the RSS leader K S Sudarshan’s remark on the Congress President recently.
