In Jammu and Kashmir, results of 4th General Council Election of Ladakh Autonomous Hill Development Council (LAHDC) in Leh district has started pouring in. Out of 24 constituencies, result of nine constituencies has been declared so far. Congress has won eight seats while BJP has won one seat.
