Addressing an election rally in Bilaspur city of Chhattisgarh, Congress President Rahul Gandhi said, if his party comes to power, it will launch a surgical strike on poverty. <br />'' <br />'' Mr Gandhi alleged that demonetization was the biggest scam in the history of independent India. <br />'' <br />'' He said through demonetization, the hard earned money of the poor was taken and given to a few rich people.
