Congress today welcomed the decision of Trinamool Congress, Chief Mamta Banerjee to back the candidature of Pranab Mukherjee who is a UPA candidate in the Presidential Election. Briefing reporters in New Delhi, the party spokesperson, Manish Tewari expressed hope that with this decision, Mr. Mukherjje will emerge successful with more margin.
