Congress on Friday welcomed the high voting turnout in Uttar Pradesh Assembly elections. Talking to reporters in New Delhi, party spokesperson Rashid Alvi said, it is a good sign for democracy in the country. He claimed that Congress performance in the polls will be better and the party will form government in the state.Replying a question, Mr. Alvi alleged that BJP is double-faced on the issue of corruption regarding former Karnataka Chief Minister B.S.
