Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi has said his party wants that the Goods and Services Tax should be cleared with certain amendments. He was speaking to media outside Parliament. Reacting to Prime Minister Narendra Modi's invitation to Sonia Gandhi and Dr Manmohan Singh for Tea this evening to discuss the GST, Rahul Gandhi said, the invitation has been extended under public pressure. The Congress has been demanding that the cap of GST should be at 18 per cent and scrapping of one per cent inter state tax.
