Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi has said that he will request the government to issue ordinance on the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Amendment Bill, 2013, Grievance Redressal and the Rights of the Persons with Disabilities. Talking to reporters after meeting with members of differently abled persons in New Delhi, he said, he has spoken to Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh and UPA Chairperson Sonia Gandhi about bringing out an ordinance.
