Congress today urged the paramilitary forces in Jammu and Kashmir to exercise restrain and caution while dealing with law and order situation.<br/>Describing the situation in Kashmir as difficult, party spokesman Manish Tiwari said that the collateral damage increases the feeling of alienation among the people. He was responding to a question on CRPF firing in Sopore. Refuting reports about differences between Congress and National Conference in the state, he said that the Jammu and Kashmir government is doing its best to deal with the situation.<br/>
