Congress has urged the Election Commission to revise the rules and conditions of the hackathon being organised by the poll panel from 3rd of next month.<br/><br/>In a letter to the EC, party leader Randeep Surjewala said the extensive terms and conditions of the challenge prevents challengers to conduct a thorough test of the EVMs. He asked how challengers will demonstrate their concern regarding EVMs if they do not have access to important components such as motherboard.<br/><br/>The party said the design of the challenge should not prevent those who can demonstrate hacking from participating in the process. He said the EVM challenge must be fair, transparent and unambiguous.
