Congress today said that it is holding talks with its alliance partner Trinamool Congress for electoral tie up for the upcoming assembly elections in West Bengal. Talking to reporters outside Parliament, Senior Party Leader Keshav Rao said that initial talks have been held but the tie up is yet to be finalised. Political activity in the five poll bound states has picked up after the election commission announced its poll schedule early this week.
