This decision was taken in the party's state election committee in Patna.</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Announcing this party's election campaign committee chairman of the state Akhilesh Prasad Singh said  Party President Rahul Gandhi has been authorised to select the candidates. Mr Singh said the list of candidates will be announced tomorrow along with leaders of grand alliance tommorow.</span><br />
