The Congress will celebrate its 126th Foundation Day at a function in New Delhi today. The party top brass will be present on the occasion at the AICC headquarters where Congress President Sonia Gandhi will unfurl the party flag. Prime Minister Manmohan Singh will also be present.The party had last week held a plenary session in Delhi which was also to mark the completion of 125 years of the organisation.
