The Congress has announced to bring a charge sheet against the Mayawati lead BSP government's alleged corruption and mismanagement. <br/><br/>Congress General Secretary In-charge of Uttar Pradesh Digvijay Singh has said that all reports of corruption will be highlighted and party will bring a booklet of such cases against the Mayawati government by end of this year. He has said that congresses will make development, corruption and secularism as the basis of its campaign in forth coming assembly elections. <br/><br/>Mr. Singh has also said that his party would also try to bring in its fold the Rashtriya Lok Dal of Mr Ajit Singh and other smaller parties like Apana Dal. He said the talks with RLD leader Ajit Singh are on, but the Congress wants a merger, while RLD leadership is seeking an alliance. <br/><br/>Highlighting the ongoing organisational elections in the state, Mr. Digvijay Singh has said after scrutiny Party membership has risen to 57, 07,195 and about 85 to 90 per cent of election process at block, district and state level are over and the entire process would be completed by 25th of this month.
