Congress terms Dhingra Commission report as part of witch-hunt; BJP rejects allegetion

Congress today said portions of the report of Justice Dhingra Commission on Robert Vadra's deals were leaked to media even before its submission. The party said it proves that the sole intent is to defame, conspire and malign rather than examine the facts fairly.<br/><br/>Justice Dhingra Commission that probed land deals in Gurgaon including that of Robert Vadra during Congress rule in<br/>Haryana submitted its report today. <br/><br/>Briefing media in New Delhi, party spokesperson Randeep Surjewala accused BJP Government in the Centre and state of running a political agenda of vendetta to vilify Congress. <br/><br/>The party spokeperson alleged that constitution of Dhingra Commission was a part of witch-hunt propagated by BJP.<br/><br/>While BJP rejected the Congress allegation of political witch hunt into the probe of illicit land deals in Haryana including one related to Robert Vadra. <br/><br/>Replying to a media query in New Delhi on submission of Justice S N Dhingra's Commission report, senior party leader and Union Minister Prakash Javadekar said, it is the duty of the state government to protect the law and its violation is against the law. He said BJP government does not work with political prejudice unlike Congress. <br/><br/>Earlier, Justice Dhingra Commission which probed land deals in Gurgaon including that of Robert Vadra during Congress rule in Haryana submitted its report to the Chief Minister.
