Congress has termed demonetisation as the biggest scam of the country. Briefing media, party leader Randeep Surjewala today said, Reverse Bank of India has changed rules as many as 135 times post demonetisation.<br/><br/>He accused Centre of not taking cognizance of alleged links of Gujarat businessman Mahesh Shah with BJP president Amit Shah. <br/><br/>Mahesh Shah had recently declared over 1300 crore rupees under Income Disclosure scheme. He also criticized BJP for not letting investigation of bank accounts of its own leaders.
