Congress has termed the decision on One Rank One Pension as disappointing. Addressing a press conference in New Delhi this evening, party senior leader and former Defence Minister A K Antony said, the Government has substantially diluted the provisions of the OROP announced by the UPA. <br/><br/>He said, this announcement by the Defence Minister is ridiculing the ex servicemen. Mr Antony criticised the government for not including those who had retired voluntarily in the scheme. He said, the UPA government had included all the ex servicemen and had made no exceptions on those who take volunteer retirement.
