Besides, the promotion of such advertisements was held Non-Compliant with the Model Code of Conduct not getting a prior transmission certificate from the state-level advertisement certification committee.  Now after this objection and complaint of BJP, the Election Commission has now given instructions to stop such advertisements with immediate effect. Also, clarification has been asked for from the Congress party in this regard.</span><br />
