The Congress party today strongly condemned anti dalit comments by the Gujrat Chief Minister Narendra Modi in his latest publication. <br/><br/>Talking to reporters in New Delhi, party spokesperson Manish Tewari urged BJP to make its stand clear on the issue. He evaded a direct reply when asked if BSP is its number one enemy in UP and said there is no change in the strategy of the party in the state.<br/>
