<span style="color: #222222;">Union Minister Arun Jaitley today said Congress party has been out of power for five years and it is staring at another defeat due to the dynastic character of the party. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">In a Facebook post, Mr Jaitley said dynastic parties have one major drawback which is -  if the current generation dynast is lacking in charisma, understanding and popular confidence, the crowd around the family gets frustrated. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">He said the same is happening with Congress party now. The Minister stated that dynasties demolish organisational structures and the party becomes a crowd around the dynasty. He cited Congress as the original creator of this concept. Mr Jaitley dynastic leaders lack self-awareness owing to low-ability and greatness thrust on them. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">He added that psychologists refer this as the Dunning-Kruger effect. He said this seems to be the reason which persuades Congress President Rahul Gandhi to cross the line of decency and dignity when he refers to Prime Minister Narendra Modi. </span><br />
