BJP today alleged that Congress is stalling the development of the country by disturbing the proceedings of Parliament. Briefing media, Minister of State for Parliamentary Affairs Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi said four days of last week completely washed out due to Congress party's disturbances. <br/><br/>He said when they have been exposed in one issue then they took out another issue. Mr Naqvi said his party also condemned the incident of Punjab. The minister said the government has many important bills concerning with the development of country including GST.
