The Congress today staged a walkout from the Lok Sabha over the issue of Arunachal Pradesh Governor. As soon as the House reassembled for proceedings post lunch, Congress leader Mallikarjun Kharge tried to raise the issue but the Deputy Speaker M Thambidurrai did gave the ruling that the such issue can not be raised in the House. Not satisfied, the Congress MPs staged a walkout.<br/><br/>Later, Parliamentary Affairs Minister Venkaiah Naidu expressed concern over the behaviour of Congress members for disrupting the proceedings of House by sloganeering. He said, it has become a regular practise from the Congress side and it is no acceptable. Mr Naidu also said, the Speaker has already given a ruling that the Governor's conduct can not be questioned. About adjournment motion on excise duty hike on petrol and diesel is concerned, Mr Naidu said, the government is ready for a discussion on the issue .
