Congress today charged Dr Murli Manohar Joshi with re-circulating the controversial report of the Public Accounts Committee, PAC, headed by him on the 2G scam. The party spokesman Abhishek Singhvi said in New Delhi it amounted to making the committee partisan and motivated. BJP, however, supported the move saying there is nothing wrong in it. Dr Joshi yesterday circulated the report to the PAC members with a forwarding letter that he is sending them the draft report again after consulting legal experts.
