Minister of State for Parliamentary Affairs Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi today held Congress responsible for the disruption in both the Houses of Parliament. Talking to media outside Parliament, Mr Naqvi said, opposition has no issue to debate in the two houses. <br/><br/>He alleged that the Congress deliberately trying to derail the development of the country by not allowing the government to ensure the passage of key legislations. The Minister said instead of playing what he called cheap politics, Congress should play the role of a constructive and positive opposition.
