Congress says, there should be no NSA level talks between Indian & Pakistan

The Congress has said there should be no National Security Advisor level talks between Indian and Pakistan in the present circumstances. Briefing reporters in New Delhi on Monday evening, party spokesperson, R P N Singh said, India should categorically tell Pakistan that terror and talks cannot go hand in hand. Mr Singh said, when ceasefire violations and cross border terrorism have significantly increased, then where is the question of holding NSA level talks.<br/><br/>The spokesperson also sought to know from the Centre what policy it has adopted towards Pakistan.<br/><br/>Replying to a query, R P N Singh said, the government should implement One Rank One Pension Scheme at the earliest without any further delay
