Congress has said it is for Mehbooba Mufti and PDP to decide the date and timing of formation of government in Jammu and Kashmir. Talking to media this evening, senior party leader Ghulam Nabi Azad said it was duty of the Congress leadership to express condolences and share the grief at the demise of state Chief Minister Mufti Mohammad Sayeed in view of his association with Congress.
