The Congress today charged the BJP with running away from a debate in Parliament on the coal blocks allocations. Talking to reporters in New Delhi, Congress Spokesman Manish Tewari said it was condemnable that the BJP has not allowed the Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh to complete his statement in both the Houses of Parliament.

Mr Tewari also took serious exception to BJP's allegations levelled against his party in the coal block allegations and said the opposition should first examine its own affairs. He ruled out the Prime Minister's resignation on the issue.
