<span style="color: #222222;">Congress leader Priyanka Gandhi Vadra today released the party's first list of candidates for the Uttar Pradesh Assembly polls. A total of 125 candidates were announced. Out of the 125 candidates, 50 candidates were women and 40 percent were youth leaders. BJP's Central Election Committee also met in New Delhi ahead of Assembly polls in Uttar Pradesh next month. Home Minister Amit Shah, UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, Uttar Pradesh deputy chief ministers Dinesh Sharma and Keshav Prasad Maurya were present at the party headquarter. The main purpose of today's meeting was to finalize candidates for the first two phases. </span>
