Congress has dismissed the charge that it has been playing role of disruptive opposition in Parliament. <br/><br/>Party spokesperson Randeep Singh Surjewala told reporters in New Delhi that instead of blaming the Congress the government should introspect as to what is the reason behind disruption in Parliament. He said, the responsibility of running Parliament is of the government and not the opposition.
