Congress refused to comment on the allegations against the BJP Chief Nitin Gadkari saying that investigating agencies are there to take a look into the matter. Replying to questions at a press briefing in New Delhi, Congress spokesman Sandeep Dikshit said that his party does not believe in taking political mileage from some one's personal business dealings. He said it is upto the agencies like SEBI and Income Tax to take care of them.

To a specific question whether the Delhi Chief Minister Mrs Sheila Dikshit has filed any defamation against social activist Arvind Kejriwal, the party spokesman said he has no information about it.
