When the House met for the day, Chairman M Venkaiah Naidu disallowed the adjournment notices moved by Congress on the issue of hate speeches along with price rise by the TMC members. &nbsp;<br />''<br />''He, however, allowed the Leader of Opposition, Mallikarjun Kharge to briefly speak on the issue. Mr. Kharge drew the attention of the House towards the rising incidents of hate speeches against a particular community.<br />''<br />''He also talked about the recent alleged harassment of journalists covering an event where such hate speeches were made in Delhi. &nbsp;<br />''<br />''The Chairman said nobody should indulge in any hate speech against the people of the majority or minority community.</span><br />
