<span style="color: #222222;">Congress has questioned Prime Minister Narendra Modi for criticizing it on different issues while replying to a discussion on Motion of Thanks to the President's address. Talking to reporters outside Parliament, Leader of Opposition, Mallikarjun Kharge said, the members of different political parties spoke on all schemes and government's actions during the discussion. He said, instead of replying to those, Mr. Modi just targeted Congress during his speech. Earlier, Congress members along with some other opposition parties staged a walkout from the Rajya Sabha during Mr. Modi's reply.</span><br />
