Congress has questioned objective of BJP for raising corruption issue. The Party spokesman Abhishek Manu Singhvi alleged that the BJP has failed to curb the curruption even in the states it is ruling. He told reporters in New Delhi that the Congress party has taken concrete steps to curb the curruption.

Earlier BJP Spokesman Prakash Javdekar said that the objective of Advni's Yatra is to make people aware about the growing menace of corruption in the country as the UPA has failed to curb it.
