The Congress President Sonia Gandhi today strongly crticised the BJP for making tall promises and selling golden dreams to the people. Addressing a rally in Mewat region of Haryana today she also criticised the BJP leader Narendra Modi for, what she called, shedding crocodile tears.

Sonia Gandhi said the Congress will strive hard to bring the country back to the fast growth path and will fulfil the aspirations of the people especially the youth. She said the conditions of the farmers will be improved and they will be provided fertilizers and all other commodities needed by them at affordable prices. She also said that the Congress will work for the empowerment of the women and will take care of the elderly people. She said the party has promised Health for all in the Congress manifesto.
