BJP today said the Congress is playing with fire by stoking up communal passions by projecting falsehoods. Talking to reporters in New Delhi, party spokesperson M J Akbar described Congress chief Sonia Gandhi-led march to Rashtrapati Bhawan on intolerance issue as a desperate attempt by a fading dynasty to retain relevance at a time when it is facing imminent defeat in Bihar assembly elections. Mr. Akbar said Prime Minister Narendra Modi has been the most powerful voice against bigotry and prejudice and has repeatedly spoken in support of communal harmony.
