Congress Party suspends its former MP S. Rajaiah

Congress Party today suspended its former MP, S. Rajaiah who was on judicial remand in the death of his daughter-in-law and her three sons. Telangana Pradesh Congress President Uttam Kumar Reddy has announced this in Hyderabad. <br/><br/>The party decision came in the wake of the Bye-election being held for Warangal Lok Sabha Constituency on 21st of this month. <br/><br/>The bye-election was necessitated following the resignation of the TRS MP Sri Hari. Rajaiah his wife Madhavai and son Anil Kumar were arrested and sent on judicial remand for 14 days in the case of mysterious death of four of his family members in their house a few days ago. <br/><br/>Immediately after the incident, the Congress has fielded another candidate Survey Satyanarayana. Our Correspondent says that the Congress party has initiated action against the erring leader with an aim to prevent any possible damage on the party prospects in the bye-election.
