The Union Parliamentary Affairs Minister Venkaiah Naidu has said, Congress is obstructing nation's growth by blocking Parliament. Addressing press in Chennai, he said crippling the parliament amounts to making democracy a farce. He categorically said, none of the BJP ministers have committed any wrong-doing and therefore they would not resign. Touching upon suspension of 25 Congress MPs, he said in 1989, 63 MPs faced similar action, adding, the Lok Sabha Speaker was forced to take the action. <br/><br/>None of the BJP Ministers needs to resign as there is no wrongdoing, he remarked, and charged that Lalit Modi was allowed to leave the country during the previous rule.
