The Congress President Mrs. Sonia Gandhi on Friday asserted that the Congress was not among parties believing in opportunism. Addressing an election rally at Neelam Bazar area in Karimganj constituency in Cachar district of Assam, she said that her party was committed to the development of Assam and the country. Assam which has 126 assembly seats will have a two day poll on April 04 and 11th.
