Protesting against Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Kumar Modi's alleged remarks against Dalit community, some Congress members today demanded his resignation. Congress members alleged that Modi had made the comment at a book release function on Monday evening. Talking to reporters outside Parliament, Congress MP from Andhra Pradesh M A Khan demanded Mr Modi's resignation on the issue. The Congress members also protested against not being provided an opportunity to raise the issue during the zero hour in Rajya Sabha. Party member Praveen Rasthrapal also alleged that he was not allowed to speak though his name was second on the list. <br/>
