The Congress MP from Delhi, Mr Pervez Hashmi has said the Delhi Government should lodge FIR against those responsible for Monday night's house collapse incident in East Delhi. Talking to reporters outside Parliament, he also called for compensation on humanitarian grounds to the people who lost their lives and the injured in the incident.
